Please contact us for residential listings/rentals over 3,000 sq feet, commercial scanning and extended hosting (over 6 months - Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and if you require drone aerial videos.
IMPORTANT:
When you book us, please include the property address and two preferred times/dates for the scanning. We will need to get in touch with you before we go out (phone preferred). The property should be picture ready (clean/vacant or showcase ready). Please mention if you desire drone stills and/or videos.
No bookings accepted for same day processing unless agreed upon.
Valid email is required for 2D picture delivery, unless other arrangements made. If we can't provide service AFTER payment was made, you will be refunded 100%. The same goes if you cancel before we go out, 100% refund.
Andreea is a licensed realtor and can enter any SUPRA/door code location in FL. If the property is owner or tenant occupied please inform accordingly and ensure no pets are left unsupervised onsite.
